Leadership Council
These senior faculty members with significant administration roles are responsible for gaining institutional acceptance. They facilitate understanding of the importance of this program to the growth of junior faculty by communicating the progress of the Center back to the Medical School. In addition, two specific tasks include (1) selection of the junior faculty participants and (2) mentorship matching of the junior faculty with senior mentors.
